Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway – Official Contest Rules

1. Contest Overview

These official rules (“Rules”) apply to the Falls, Food and Fun Giveaway (the “Contest”), hosted on Instagram and managed by connectionmaven. The Contest runs from Tuesday, April 22, 2025, to Tuesday, May 6, 2025 (the “Contest Period”).

Sponsor: MGE Niagara Entertainment Inc., the operator of Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort and Casino Niagara (collectively referred to as the “Sponsor”).

Please Note: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Instagram.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.

2. Eligibility

Who Can Enter:

  • Legal residents of Canada or the United States (excluding Florida)

  • 19 years of age or older

  • Must have an active Instagram account

  • Must be a Momentum Rewards member or agree to sign up for free if selected as the winner

Who Cannot Enter:

  • Individuals who have self-excluded from gaming at Sponsor properties

  • Persons under court-ordered restrictions

  • Those banned or restricted by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) or the Gaming Control Authority (GCA)

  • Employees, affiliates, agents, or promotional partners of the Sponsor

  • Union representatives of site employees

  • Registered GCA gaming equipment suppliers

  • AGCO personnel and specified Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) employees (e.g., CAT1 gaming assistants)

Failure to comply with these Rules may result in disqualification at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

3. Contest Period & Draw

  • Start Time: 10:00 AM ET on Tuesday, April 22, 2025

  • End Time: 11:59 PM ET on Tuesday, May 6, 2025

  • Winner Draw Date: 1:00 PM ET on Wednesday, May 7, 2025

  • Draw Location: Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort

4. How to Enter

To participate in the Contest:

  1. Follow @fallsviewcasino on Instagram

  2. Like the official Contest post

  3. Tag a valid Instagram user in the comments

Entry Limits:

  • 1 entry for following the account

  • 1 entry for liking the post

  • Up to 100 entries for tagging (1 entry per unique tag)

  • Maximum entries per person: 102

5. Prize Details

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a package valued at approximately $1,057.80 CAD, including:

  • 2 tickets to Fallsview Food and Drink Fest Food Con ($230 value)

  • 2 tickets for a Niagara Helicopters ride ($370 value)

  • 2 tickets for the Voyage to the Falls Boat Tour ($85.90 value)

  • 2 Niagara Parks Adventure Passes ($218 value)

  • 2 tickets for the Whirlpool Jet Boat Tour ($153.90 value)

The winner must be or become a registered Momentum Rewards member (free) to claim the prize.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.

  • The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within five (5) business days of the draw.

  • To claim the prize, the selected winner must, within ten (10) business days:

    • Be or become a Momentum Rewards member

    • Correctly answer a time-limited skill-testing question

    • Submit a completed Declaration and Release form

    • Provide valid government-issued photo ID

Failure to meet these conditions may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. If no eligible winner is confirmed, the prize will be forfeited. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted, except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected during the Contest will be used only for contest administration and handled in accordance with privacy laws.

8. Additional Terms & Conditions

  • Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

  • The Sponsor and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or fraudulent entries, technical issues, or system errors.

  • No purchase or gambling is required to enter or win.

  • Momentum Rewards cards are subject to Momentum Terms and Conditions.

  • The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest or disqualify any participant for non-compliance with these Rules.

  • All times are based on Niagara Falls, Ontario local time.

  • All monetary amounts are in Canadian dollars (CAD).

  • Participation in the Contest implies acceptance of these Rules and the Sponsor’s final decisions.

  • The Sponsor is not liable for technical issues on Instagram or third-party platforms that may affect Contest participation or outcomes.

  • By entering, participants agree to allow the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes, where permitted by law.
